This being Christmas eve, the renegade finally managed to drag his ass off to church after more than a year of absence. Quite frankly, everything I hated about church during Christmas was there, but still it was kind of good being back. The Hengshan Road International Church is a beautiful building, and as usual, the pews were packed to overflowing. Pity the service wasn't more inspiring.
